This Rest & Rejuvenate Sound Healing Session is a thank you.....its a gentle sanctuary for people services...

— emergency response teams, firefighters, police, paramedics, NHS staff, RNLI, charity and youth workers, volunteers and social services-childrens services.

It’s our way of saying thank you and offering a space where your nervous system can finally soften, breathe, and release.

You’ll be held in a cocoon of soothing sound and grounding frequencies designed to dissolve stress and quiet the noise you carry from long shifts, heavy days, and emotional weight. It’s a moment that asks for nothing from you except to just be.

🧘‍♂️ Bring if you can:
• Yoga mat
• Small pillow
• Cover/throw
• Water
• Eye cover
• Your job ID 💼 (so you can access the session)

Medicine has changed over the years in a major way. Some changes are good, some bad. As much as I don't like change, when something is so good, we must accept change.

I met some incredible people.
Got to see old friends.
Spent time with one of my number ones. ROOTED IN WISDOM | Retreats | Breathwork | Sound Healing

I hope we see more and more new festivals pop up and stay true to themselves.

Does it bring grief, hurt, and an inner ache?
Can you look into it and sit with it, witness it deeply?
Do you still yearn for the friendship of the person that caused it? Is that person a good person that made a bad mistake?
Do they yearn your forgiveness?
Perhaps the healing you need is to offer your hand and witness the pain together?

Feeling into the disconnect on earth today and hoping we can bring more love in between us.
