The name Horse Moon dates back to the Celtic lunar calendar, where each full moon held deep seasonal meaning. June was the time horses were let out to roam freely in the fields after long, harsh winters — wild, strong, and uncontainable. It was seen as a moment to honour the bond between nature and freedom, and how movement and grounding can beautifully co-exist.

This energy is echoed in our spiritual lives. Where can you let go of what’s bridled your spirit? Where are you being called to move — physically, emotionally, energetically? Think of this moon as your inner call to break the invisible fences, to trust your instincts, and to run toward what lights you up.

This is a time to rewild your spirit. Step into natural rhythm, reconnect with your body, and ask yourself: Where have I outgrown the space I’m in? The Horse Moon doesn't wait around. She charges. The Full Moon is all about release and is linked to high-vibe, wild energy.

What’s not serving you anymore? What is ready to be let go of?
If you’re unsure what to release, just take a few moments of quiet reflection. Write down anything that feels heavy, stagnant, or out of alignment — then burn it, bury it, or symbolically “release” it to the universe.

However, the New Moon is all about intention setting and is linked to internal, cave-like energy.

What’s ready to begin? What are you ready to call in?
If you're not quite sure what intentions to set yet, take a few moments of stillness. Breathe deeply and connect to the quiet space within. Then write down the desires, dreams, or shifts you'd love to grow — even if they feel far away right now.
