Started and ended my day with Reiki treatments on 2 ladies who are having their own battles with cancer, treatment and various other health issues.
Lots of energy and heat flowing.
Always a privilege to be able to give some peace and rest during and after the Reiki sessions.

A great way to start my birthday this year with amazing Breathwork & sound healing with Liz in a wonderful location Hengistbury Head Outdoors. Will definitely be back for another session and explore some other classes.
