After a rebrand I'm pleased to announce that Pro-Active Sports Therapy is ready to go.

I've already been busy supporting Hamworthy Recreation FC with pitchside first aid and Injury support and management.

Now I'm happy to say that I am open and ready to take on new clients in the Dorchester & Wareham area and across to Poole & Bournemouth.

Group Training

Good morning,

Unfortunately I need to inform everyone that savage fitness is now closed in Cornwall. With the pandemic causing so many issues over the last year and I'm now moving to Dorset at the end of June due to work, it hasn't been possible to re-open.

I'd like to thank all.my clients for their support and choosing myself to help you with your injuries or conditions. I hope that I managed to contribute in some to helping return you to full fitness or pain free movement.
