THEY HAVE ARRIVED 🤍🤍 PLEASE READ BELOW 🌿🌿

A little while ago, I shared my goal of creating some merchandise to help raise funds so that people who may not otherwise be able to afford therapy can access the support they need.

I'm excited to say I'm starting small with these beautiful keyrings, which are already being made and will be arriving soon!

Each keyring will cost £4. If all 30 sell, the money raised will fund three free therapy sessions for someone who needs support. To make an even bigger difference, I'll personally donate an additional session, bringing the total to four free sessions. 🤍🌿

If you'd like to support this initiative, please leave a comment below or send me a direct message to reserve the keyring shown in the picture.

Thank you so much for your continued support. Every small act of kindness can make a real difference, and together we can help more people access the support they deserve. 🤍

💜 A little favour to ask... 💜 THE £1 DREAM....

I've been doing some very complicated maths (with a calculator and several cups of tea ☕😂), and I've realised something...

If every one of my Facebook friends donated just £1, I'd not only hit my fundraising target for Strictly Brackley 2026... I'd smash straight through it! 💃✨

Now, I know not everyone can donate, and that's absolutely okay. But if you've ever thought, "It's only a pound, it won't make much difference," imagine what happens when hundreds of people think the same thing. Suddenly, that £1 becomes something really powerful.

The money I'm raising will go to two incredible charities:

💜 Mental Health Friends – providing vital mental health support and helping people access the help they need when life feels overwhelming.

💜 Step by Step Dance & Arts Foundation – creating opportunities through dance and the arts, helping people build confidence, skills and connections.

💜 Donate here: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/gabriela--will-dance-for-donations

And if you can't donate, a share would mean the world to me.

Thank you for cheering me on, supporting two fantastic causes, and helping turn my questionable dancing into something that can make a real difference. 💃✨

WARNING: Gabriela has entered her dancing era... 🚨

What started as "I'll just sign up for a charity dance event" has quickly turned into me voluntarily learning Latin dance moves, wearing sparkly outfits, and risking public embarrassment for a very good cause. 💃😂
In July 2026, I'll be taking part in Strictly Brackley 2026, raising money for Mental Health Friends and the Step by Step Dance & Arts Foundation.

So, if you'd like to support mental health, two amazing charities, and my desperate attempt to find some rhythm, I'd be incredibly grateful for a donation.
Every pound helps. Every share helps. Every dance lesson is definitely needed. 😅

Thank you for supporting me and helping make a real difference to people's lives.

Now excuse me while I go and Google "how to cha-cha without falling over." 💃✨

🚨 Public Service Announcement 🚨

I have somehow agreed to dance in public for Strictly Brackley 2026.

For the sake of my dignity, my dance partner, and anyone forced to witness my cha-cha, please consider making a donation.

The good news? Every penny goes to two incredible causes supporting mental health and our local community.

The bad news? Your donation may encourage me to keep dancing.

Donate here and help turn my questionable rhythm into something positive:

✨ Well… I’ve officially lost the plot. ✨

On 11th July 2026, I’ll be swapping my comfort zone for sequins, fake tan, and what can only be described as a very public attempt at looking graceful on a dance floor 💃😂

I’m taking part in Strictly Brackley 2026, and if you know me, you’ll know this is equal parts exciting and terrifying. There’s a strong possibility I’ll spend months learning routines only to forget them the second the music starts, but it’s all for an incredible cause.

❤️ This isn’t just about dancing.
We’re raising money for two amazing charities: Mental Health Friends and Step by Step Dance & Arts Foundation.

Mental health is something incredibly close to my heart. We all know someone who has struggled, whether quietly or openly, and many of us have faced our own battles. Having support, understanding, and a sense of community can make a huge difference when life feels overwhelming. Mental Health Friends works to create exactly that – bringing people together, reducing isolation, and reminding people they don’t have to face things alone.

That’s why this means so much to me. If my questionable dance moves can help raise awareness, start conversations, and support people who need it, then every blister, ache, and embarrassing rehearsal
video will be worth it.

💜 Step by Step Dance & Arts Foundation also does incredible work, helping people access dance, arts, and creative opportunities that build confidence, wellbeing, and connection. The impact these organisations have on people’s lives is truly inspiring.
So, I’m asking for your support:

🎟️ Come and watch the show! Expect glamour, laughter, a few surprises, and hopefully some actual dancing.

Tickets: https://bookwhen.com/stepbystepdance =ev-sbjk1-20260711183000

💰 If you’d like to support the charities and me please consider donating. Anyone who knows me knows my own struggles with mental health. And how hard I've worked to get to a place where I now help other people. Every pound raised goes towards making a real difference:

https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/gabriela--will-dance-for-donations

And if you can’t donate, sharing this post would mean the world.
Please cheer me on as I attempt to transform from “slightly awkward human” to “Strictly sensation” in just a few months. No promises, but I’ll definitely be giving it everything I’ve got! 😂💃✨

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.

There’s often an unspoken pressure on men to stay quiet, “cope,” and carry on no matter what they’re facing. But things are changing—and I’m seeing that change first-hand.

More men are now coming to sessions, opening up about their struggles, their stress, their anxiety, their relationships, and the weight they’ve been carrying for far too long. And I think that is something really powerful.

Talking isn’t weakness. Reaching out isn’t failure. It’s a step toward feeling lighter, clearer, and more in control again.

Men deserve support just as much as anyone else. There is absolutely no shame in needing space to talk, to be heard, and to be supported.

If you’re struggling, you don’t have to do it alone.🤍🌿
