“Just over a year ago, I suffered a serious back injury, a T4 burst fracture after a fall while horse riding.

As a Physiotherapist with nearly 40 years of experience, I understood recovery… but going through it myself was very different.

Within four weeks, I was already using the Reformer, even while still in my brace. It gave me a safe way to move when normal exercise wasn’t possible.

Six months later, I had a setback and found myself on crutches. But within a week of leaving hospital, I was back on the Reformer. It helped me rebuild strength, manage pain, and keep moving forward.

Now, I’m back to riding, training, and living an active life. I’ve regained full spinal movement and I’m even performing advanced exercises, something I never expected.

It didn’t just help me recover… it improved how I move. My riding is better than ever.

This experience confirmed something simple, with the right support, the body is capable of incredible things.”

Meet Linda — proof that with the right support, amazing things can happen in just six weeks 💛

After a fall that left her with a broken arm and a stay in hospital, Linda’s confidence was shaken. Everyday tasks like getting dressed felt overwhelming, and the fear of falling again kept her from doing the things she loved.
That’s when Linda joined our 1:1 Ready, Steady, Balance Programme.

Week by week, with tailored exercises and the guidance of our physiotherapy team, Linda began to rebuild — not just her strength, but her confidence too.

Six weeks later, Linda is:
✅ Dressing independently again
✅ Walking outdoors with confidence
✅ Back to enjoying walks with her husband

We are so proud of everything Linda has achieved, and we’re grateful to her for letting us share her story.
