Evolve counselling and psychotherapy

A question we get asked a lot is “how do we work at evolve counselling” so I thought a brief description would be a good idea. 🙂

We at Evolve Counselling offer a person centred and integrative approach to our therapeutic work. This means that your goals and needs will always be at the very centre of our work together. We will draw upon many therapeutic and psychological models to ensure that we can tailor our approach for yourself to create personalised tools and strategies to help you to live your life with greater self awareness and understanding, creating more happiness and fulfilment within your life. 😌

These psychological models include - CBT therapy, Gestalt therapy, Psycodynamic therapy, Humanistic therapy and Transactional analysis therapy.

Biff and Sita our resident worry eaters have had a busy week munching on lots of worries and fears in child counselling sessions. Worry Eaters are proven to give comfort and reassurance which can help enable a restful night's sleep, They are also a fantastic and fun way of encouraging conversations around worries and fears. They can even be taken into school to enable a discrete and non intimidating channel of communication between child and teacher.
