Sometimes we think we’re relaxing because we’re sitting down, phone in hand, finally off our feet.

But there’s a difference between relaxing and actually switching off.

One still has your mind ticking over. Scrolling, checking, half-resting, half-stimulated.
The other feels like your whole system gets the message that it’s safe to soften.
