Well the new Hi Fi bar flavour has been released and having been a fan of the salted caramel , I’m really looking forward to this one ! It will be lush with a coffee and I’m already thinking of ideas of how to turn it into a pudding 🤔Let me know your thoughts on it ⬇️ and any ideas you may have for puddings 🍮

We had a fantastic, totally inclusive and supportive morning yesterday in my Brecon groups . Not only did we crown our 3 wonderful winners Toni , Whitley-Levi Lloyd, and Belinda but we celebrated some great achievements both on and off the scales and dug deep into the psychological side of slimming . That’s what coming ( and staying ) to group each week gives you , that “ you hour” and it sets you up for the week ahead 👍
It’s not all coffee & chat ( but we offer both 🤭) and it’s not only women who achieve great things either . One of my new male members came in with a stonking 8llb loss in his first week !!
So come along and find out for yourself how we can support you in all areas to achieve your dream weight 🏆

If you think salads are just about limp lettuce and cucumber 👀 think again ! Not at my group they aren't ! It's one of our favourite topics at the moment, whose putting what on and in their salads😍🥗. Loaded with flavour, colour and texture, salads can make amazing lunches and dinners ❤️!

Healthy eating doesn't have to mean boring meals, with Slimming World it's just about finding combinations you genuinely love 🙌. What's your favourite salad ingredient 😊?

Great weekend in glorious sunshine in Brecon at the Brecon Show then the Classic car show today . Flying the flag proudly for on both occasions 🫶 Saw some familiar faces and chatting to new people too which is always lovely! Comment below ⬇️ if you saw me ( or the dogs 🤭, who placed 3rd twice and a second in the dog show 🏆)
