Occupational Therapy Essex is an independent occupational therapy practice specialising in working with children with Developmental Co-ordination Disorders, including Dyspraxia, Developmental Delay and handwriting difficulties. Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention can be provided at a community venue in Brentwood or at schools in Essex and Havering.

We're hiring!

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to join our team at our clinic space, based in Ingrave, Brentwood (CM13 3QH).

This is a permanent role working 30–37.5 hours per week, with full-time preferred and flexible, school-friendly working arrangements considered where possible. We offer a competitive salary, company pension and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include helping with the day-to-day running of the clinic, managing diaries and appointments, communicating with parents and schools, supporting invoicing and admin processes, preparing therapy resources, maintaining clinical systems and records, and helping us continue to grow and develop our service.
