Join us for outdoors and indoors workshops exploring wellbeing, creativity and connection through nature. No art experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to spend time together in nature.
EAT CREATES SPACE TO:
• Slow down and be present
• Share experiences with others
• Explore creativity and imagination
• Connect with nature
• Support wellbeing
FREE - OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
The workshops are suitable for adults. However, if you are under 18 or have additional needs and would like to attend, you must be accompanied by an adult who will also be participating.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY?
10:00am - Meet at Brentwood Arts Therapy Centre - 9 Hatch Road, CM15 9PU - Walk to Weald Park - Creating, exploring and reflecting in the woodlands. Walk back at 12:00pm.
12:30pm - FREE soup, bread and a drink at the Rose & Crown Pub - Social time and conversation.
1:30pm - Nature-based Arts & Crafts at Brentwood Arts Therapy Centre - Create something beautiful to take home. Free refreshments available.
3:00pm – Finish
