My heart is heavy and showing cracks
Grief is spilling out, it knows no boundaries
Time is not a healer, it just passes
The missing ebbs and flows
Pain builds from a graze to a gaping wound
You learn, nothing will be as it was
Adapt and breathe, draw strength from their spirit
Slowly the wound closes to become that graze
Remember that last touch, the words "it'll be ok"
Trust
And breathe.

A gentle reminder in times of grief 🌿

This beautiful poem, read at Irish funerals, speaks of peace, love, and letting go. It reminds us that death is not the end, but part of a greater journey, one we all must take.
While we grieve, we can also cherish the love we shared, the memories made, and the laughter that still echoes.

"Miss me a little, but not for long
And not with your head bowed low…
Miss me, but let me go."

For anyone carrying loss today, may this bring a little comfort. 💚

Heres a card pulled for you from Angels and Ancestors.
Trust the animal spirit within to learn more about who you are. This card represents the Angels of the animal kingdom, they are of nature and have incredible lessons to offer and provide medicine, healing for surviving great challenges.
The animal guardian is surrounded by animals, love is shared by all, showing how incredibly connected nature is with the spiritual realm.
We are a species of animal, the difference is we do not always allow our energy of feelings be free, we hold back with fear of how we'll be seen.
Maybe you need to be a bit more free and natural with you feelings, expressions, don't second guess all the time.

Yesterday afternoon I attended a wellbeing event at a care home. I did 3 sessions of meditation I'd written specifically for them, a forest walk, beach and a new one for me, in the mountains (a request). Some participants hadn't ever tried meditation. I felt honoured to see how peaceful and calm they felt and when we chatted afterwards some said it took them back to memories of visits to places all over the world.
The power of the mind, we really can go anywhere in the mind so instead of going to those dark negative places maybe try a short meditation to start with, replace the dark with the light. I felt blessed enabling them to do this 💚

We are all spirit having a human experience. When making choices about what direction you should be going on, clearly listen to your gut instinct, your inner soul.
I always say you are the only person to truly know the answer to your questions, others will answer from their perspective not yours.

The Spirit Fox. The fox is an interesting animal, both the hunter and hunted. Very adaptable to their circumstances, and resilient through tough times.
Your are going through some changes at present, it may not be feeling comfortable but you have all you need to survive this shift.
Nothing stays the same, at times we cannot understand why these challenges happen. But later when things have settled you will understand exactly why this has happened.
