THINGS I WILL NEVER BE ANNOYED AT YOU FOR AS YOUR CONSULTANT 😀

A gain.

Coming back after disappearing for a few weeks.

Having a weekend where the wheels came clean off. 😂

Eating something that definitely wasn’t in the plan.

Not tracking.

Losing your mojo.

Needing to start again… even if we’ve had the exact same conversation 19 times. 🤣

Turning up and saying, “Anne-Marie, I made an absolute balls of it this week.”

Do you know what?

TURNING UP is the bit I care about.

You will never have to walk into my group embarrassed about what the scales might say.

I’m not standing there thinking “you should have done better.”

God knows, I’m human too. I have a busy life, a love of food and plenty of weeks where my own plans go sideways. 😂

My job isn’t to judge you.

It’s to help you work out what happened, what we can learn from it and what we’re doing next.

I’ll encourage you.
I’ll believe in you.
I’ll give you a hug if needed 🤗

And yes… occasionally I might give you the loving kick up the bum you came for, some weeks I might care about your weightloss more than you do, thats when I might ask some supercharged questions & give you a gentle nudge.....from a caring place of course.

But there is never shame in my group.

So if you're having one of those weeks…Come anyway.

She hopped, skipped and jumped off the scales on Saturday when she achieved her 5 stone award

Ali lives life to the absolute full and is a real social butterfly but never forgets her WHY …… why she joined SlimmingWorld at what it means to her. She lives, she laughs and she loses weight. I could not be prouder
