Farming can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be isolating and challenging. This World Su***de Prevention Day, let's remember that a simple conversation can make a huge difference.

If you're struggling, feeling overwhelmed, or worried about someone you know, support is available. Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

A dedicated NHS nurse is available through the Derek Mead Health Trust offering a welcoming space dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of our rural community.

Offering a welcoming and supportive space for farmers, the Health Room provides access to advice, checks, and support in a convenient location that's easy to reach.

Farming can be demanding, we understand that finding time to get to the doctors is difficult. An NHS a nurse and receptionist are on hand to carry out essential health checks such as blood pressure monitoring and blood sugar testing, whilst also offering support for general wellbeing and is more importantly someone to talk to.💚
