A Special Thank You to Saint Catherine’s 💙

We’ve loved welcoming Saint Catherine’s Wellbeing Cancer Group to The Maltings and providing a temporary home where everyone could meet, connect and support one another.

Their final session with us was filled with warmth, friendship and, of course, one of Jan’s wonderful homemade cakes. Thank you so much for the thoughtful card and lovely gift—they were truly appreciated by everyone at The Maltings.

There’s been plenty happening at The Maltings recently, and we’re delighted to share some of our latest news!

From celebrating 40 years of Fisher Care at our garden party and raising an amazing £250 for the RNLI, to welcoming some very special pet therapy visitors and enjoying wonderful music therapy sessions with Sensory Stars, it’s been a lovely few weeks in our home. 💙

We would like to say a special thank you to The Maltings Care Home 💜

As our new Wellbeing Cancer Group started today at its new home in Bridlington Hospital, we wanted to take a moment to say a very special thank you to Rob Hall and the whole team at The Maltings Care Home.

When we needed a temporary home for the group in Bridlington, The Maltings welcomed us with open arms and helped create a warm, friendly space where our group could continue to meet, connect and support one another.

And of course, we couldn't forget Jan, one of the fantastic team members who helped make every session extra special by creating the most delicious cakes for the group! 🎂💛

Thank you to everyone at The Maltings for your kindness, hospitality and support while we found our new home. It meant so much to us and to everyone who attended the group.

We'll always be grateful for the wonderful memories, and the cake! 🥰
