Womb Healing Training - Lewes, 16th–18th October 2026

I'm delighted to be facilitating this 3-day Womb Healing Training in Lewes this Autumn, sharing the Sanctuary of Sophia accredited teachings in yoni steaming, womb wrapping, and sacred anointing.

This training is for:

I’m so excited to officially share the dates for our upcoming Bowls Practitioner Training this autumn. This training is a deep and nourishing journey into working with sound, presence, and healing through the bowls, and I cannot wait to gather with you.

✨Training Dates

This training will take place across three in-person days:
Friday 26th September
Saturday 4th October
Friday 7th November

Following the final training day, hand-ins and case study work will be expected within one month. Once everyone has completed this process, we will arrange a graduation gathering in December, either online or potentially in person depending on the group.

✨Investment
To secure your place, a £222 deposit is required.
The remaining balance of £333 can then be split across the three months leading up to the completion of the training.

Come September I will be stepping fully into my role as an accredited tutor with the School of Natural Shamanism founded by 🌿

Next week, as the days stretch long and full, I’m carving out a pocket of peace and I’d be honoured if you joined me.

I’m celebrating my birthday with a deeply nourishing sound bath, a gentle gathering to pause, exhale, and sink into the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and sacred instruments.

Whether you’ve been swept up in the busyness of summer or simply craving a space to rest and reconnect, this evening is a soft landing. A time to come home to yourself… and to celebrate together.

There is grief that lives in the womb often unspoken, unseen, but felt deeply. This day is a sacred container for any woman carrying grief in her womb space.

You may be holding stories of hysterectomy, abortion, miscarriage, abandonment, infertility, r**e, abuse or grief that has no name.

Through ritual, sound, womb practices, and deep rest, we will honour what has been held and create space for healing. You are not alone - it is not too late.
