Your relationship with money determines the success of your business.

Not just how much you earn, but also how far you can take it.

And most importantly, how sustainable this progress is.

As a business owner, you need to be able to think strategically, logically, be adaptable, resourceful, and resilient.

You need to be able to create profit. Basically, make money.

But the making of money can look different based on your money scripts—subconscious beliefs about money—and where you're in business.

It's not just at the beginning of your entrepreneurial journey that you need to look at your money mindset. It's also when you're scaling.

The reason is simple.

When your money mindset and beliefs are skewed by scarcity and perceived danger, you will leak effort.

You're not just busy scaling a business: learning new tasks, delegating, building a team, creating new opportunities, nurturing old relationships. You're also fighting yourself along the way.

That's the birthplace of money-related high-functioning anxiety.

So how do you change that?

You start with awareness, followed by strategic, rapid action. That's where my work comes in. Uniting logic, subconscious elements, and somatics, I help you change your money scripts faster than you ever thought possible.

Bonus: it will positively impact other aspects of your life, too. My clients say that their relationships are now thriving, they take better care of their health, and they reconnect with their purpose.

This is not for the faint of heart, though. This work is rapid, and it reshapes parts of your identity. And, before you ask, I'm not doing the work. You're doing it! I am there to question your thinking, and to help create mental states where profound change is possible.

Are you intrigued? DM me "scaling" and I'll send you a link to my calendar.

Financial trauma is not always visible.

It does not always look like debt or crisis. Sometimes it looks like a successful entrepreneur who cannot stop checking their account despite having enough. A coach who freezes every time they need to state their price. A director who has built something significant and feels nothing when they look at it.

The signs are not always dramatic. They are often quiet, habitual, and so familiar they no longer feel like symptoms. They feel like personality.

But hypervigilance around money is not a personality trait. Neither is the numbness, the avoidance, the compulsive spending or the compulsive holding on. These are responses learned, often inherited, and running largely outside conscious awareness.

They made sense once. In the environment where they formed, they were protective. The problem is that the nervous system does not automatically update when circumstances change. The body stays braced long after the original threat has passed.

What I see most often in entrepreneurs and leaders is not a lack of financial knowledge. It is a nervous system that learned something about money a long time ago and has been making financial decisions from that place ever since.

The good news is that this is not fixed.

The patterns that formed can be examined, understood, and changed. Not through more financial education, but through working with the beliefs and responses at the level where they were formed.

If you recognised yourself in any of these signs, that recognition matters. It is the beginning of something different.

Financial identity shift will massively impact probably every aspect of your life!

When you work at this level, everything gets shaken up and reorganised. Like never before.

The strength of my work with clients isn't in remembering the words and phrases used by their parents or primary caregivers about and around money. Nor is it about learning coping skills to regulate a near-burnt-out nervous system.

It's not merely building awareness or coping.

You can be immensely aware, have all the aha moments in the world, and continue with the same life you've always known. Ultimately, passing down the beliefs and patterns to the next generation that you unconsciously absorbed.

The strength is in rewiring your brain by letting everything connected to these money stories, conclusions, and emotional clusters be untangled.

A lot of traumas are not specifically financial in nature, but get tangled up in it.

So you feel unsafe around money, which is reflected in your actions.

You could be financially massively successful in business or a leadership position, but you might be unconsciously following a money status script.

Everything that happens is linked to your personal worth.

So if you make a loss or a suboptimal investment, you won't be looking for lessons you've learned because you'll be too busy barely surviving.

And when you make gains, you'll consider them an extension of who you are. A part of you.

Taking risks, making sound investments from here, can be excruciating because it's no longer a matter of resources.

It's a matter of identity.

You can move from here to a mature and sustainable relationship with money, where financial decisions support your life rather than become it.

Anxiety clouds our judgment. And the longer it has been going on, the more accustomed we become to its voice and following its advise.

Even when there is evidence to the contrary.

Money vigilance, at its core, is living with the belief that there will never be enough. And if you have money, you're destined to lose it.

You could be somebody who barely makes ends meet or someone who's built several 8 figure businesses.

Anxiety doesn't make logical distinctions.

As an entrepreneur, you might feel stuck in fear and uncertainty about what investments are sound and worthwhile.

The answer isn't making more money, going for more certificates, or learnig strategies.

The answer is working on your money mindset and changing these beliefs. Your actions will follow.

Financial Rewiring is one of the most important foundational steps of starting your business.

And yet it remains underrated and underutilised.

So you are running the money scripts you were passed down, often intertwined with smaller and larger financial traumas. No wonder you're struggling with marketing, sales, or scalling your business.

What you need isn't another certificate, more strategy, a better funnel, or tips from someone who's made it. You probably have all the strategy you need or have easy access to it, but cannot apply it.

You need to focus on the foundational aspects of business: your financial wiring.

If your identity is still stuck in an employee mindset, in helping without charging, in a nervous system stuck in survival mode when money comes up as a topic, you will not be able to make the impact or money you aspire to.

If you would like to know more about how you can change that, DM me FFT and we'll have a chat.

If you're struggling with reconciling two identities: that of a therapist/coach with that of an entrepreneur, you might find it difficult to charge clients.

You might be chronically undercharging or overdelivering, therby compromsing your abilities to focus your energy and attention on other aspects of your business.

This is money avoidance.

These beliefs don't have to dominate your life or business. When we bring awareness to them, we can choose whether we want to believe in them or change them.

And if you want to go even deeper with this work, FFT helps you uncover and dissolve any traumas associated with these beliefs.

DM me FFT if you'd like to know more.
