As a welcome to July we are celebrating and learning all about Diabetes.
To help those who live with diabetes, we will concentrate on diet and the foods that are good for us.

What can be achieved when a care provider and local authority builds flexibility into a partnership from day one?

Since 2023, Agincare and Southwark Council have worked together to expand nursing capacity, strengthen hospital discharge pathways, support reablement services and invest in workforce wellbeing across five care and nursing homes.

From launching the Avon Unit to supporting nursing, and discharge to assess pathways, to helping residents regain independence and return home safely, the partnership continues to evolve in response to local need.
