What a brilliant day! 💛

I loved having the opportunity to speak about The Churn and Modern Relationships, from modern dating and the world of swiping, to what actually makes relationships work, the importance of fit, intimacy, communication and navigating neurodivergence.

Because relationships don’t need fireworks all the time… they need good foundations. ❤️

And most importantly, it was so lovely meeting everyone, hearing your thoughts, having those conversations and sharing the room with you.

Thank you for being part of it. I hope you left with something to think about, and maybe a little more curiosity about your own relationship too. ✨

**ADHD: myth or fact?**

A provocative title makes good television, but controversy isn’t evidence.

There are absolutely important questions to ask about ADHD diagnosis, medication, assessment, education and the role of environment.

But these are not the same question as: **does ADHD exist?**

That distinction matters.

Could you be in a neurodivergent relationship? 🧠❤️

From communication breakdowns and executive function struggles to walking on eggshells and intimacy fading, these can all be signs that neurodivergence may be impacting your relationship.

If any of these sound familiar, you’re not alone. Understanding what’s happening can be the first step towards improving your connection.

When the silence takes over after an argument, what happens next?

Taking space can be healthy, but silence doesn’t resolve what’s underneath.

The goal isn’t to avoid conflict. It’s learning how to come back, listen, repair the rupture and find a better way forward together.

How do you and your partner come back together after an argument?
