I also have a Reiki Master Practitioners Certificate (1-year course, not a weekend) and have been practicing Reiki for over 12 years. I approach every client as an individual, and work intuitively, so I may use different techniques depending on the client's needs. i work with your body and release tension and emotional trauma if held there. Our emotional wellbeing plays a huge part in our physical health. Our bodies can hold on to past emotional hurt, and if not released can manifest physically. I can also help relieve physical pain associated with tense muscles and generally aid your body to release tension and restore balance. Specialising in Post-Partum or stress and tension related injuries. Including general back, neck, hip and knee pain and general muscle stiffness; spiritual and somatic emotional release using Precision Reflexology, Chinese Acupressure points and Reiki Massage. QUALIFICATIONS: BSc Health Sciences at UWE. Foundation Degree in Complementary Therapies. Level 4 Diplomas in Precision Reflexology and Body Massage. L3 Diplomas in Holistic Therapies: Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. All at City of Bristol College. Reiki Master Practitioner Certification (1 year-accredited). Membership and Insurance by the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists)
