What a great first morning we had! I met 4 families for Lil'tree tots ...and one very friendly & vocal cat!Followed by 8 families for Lil'Tree Babies. Buttons, the forest elf, enjoyed singing about what he could see, hear, touch and even smell in the woods today.

In nature, everything has it's season. I too have been quietly growing over the winter and new shoots of activity are now appearing that I am able to share here over the next few weeks.

Firstly I'm really pleased to be a part of this years Festival of Nature 2026 in Bristol.

I will be co-facilating a Mother Nature Programme taster session: Nature Connection for caregivers and babies with Lucinda Stanton on the 12th June. This will be a really relaxed and welcoming session aimed at parents/ careers and their pre-mobile babies.

We will share insights from The Mother Nature Programme- a University of Bristol Research Project led by Katie Hall developing nature-based support for postnatal wellbeing. The session will include a series of optional activities based around creativity and nature connection, as well as lovely refreshments.

I am happy to share I have completed my forest therapy practitioner qualification. This images is a fellow student enjoying getting to know the trees at Ashton court in my practice session the other day! I am planning to start a Lil'tree baby group on a friday morning from after Easter. message me for more details.
