I am an Integrative Counsellor (FdA) who works mainly in the person-centered approach which means that at the heart of my work lie empathy, unconditional positive regard and a non-judgemental attitude. I currently deliver one to one counselling sessions online Monday - Wednesday. I can help with the big questions and the personal issues. This month, LucyJayne Counselling is 2 years old 🥳

What a whirlwind the last couple of years have been! Setting up a new business has been a fascinating and intriguing journey full of twists and turns, ups and downs, joy and challenge. I'm aware it sounds like a cliche, but doing this job is an honour and a privilege and along the way, I've learned so much about myself, humans and the world.

So, to celebrate this month, I'll be sharing some of the most powerful, curious and wonderful things I have learned from my studies, interactions and reflections over the last two years.
