Before we dive in, we want to introduce ourselves properly for anyone new here.
We're Sisu Therapeutic Services - a Community Interest Company based in Bristol.
Sisu is a Finnish concept representing a form of quiet, persistent inner strength - resilience that helps you push through tough times, even when the path isn't obvious. It's the attitude we aim to embody in all our efforts.
Here's who we are:

🌿 Family support rooted in empathy and lived experience
🌿 Culturally sensitive practice - good therapy must reflect the person in front of you
🌿 Bristol-based - community - rooted, not-for-profit, genuinely here for you
