Another bank holiday is just around the corner! 🌼

Don’t get caught out – make sure you order your prescriptions in good time. Most GP practices ask for at least three working days’ notice. ⏳

Running out of medication? Calling 999 isn’t the right option and takes our crews away from life-threatening emergencies.

Plan ahead, stay safe, and help keep our ambulances available for those who need them most 💚

April is Testicular Cancer Awareness Month.

It’s important to know what’s normal for your body – if you notice anything unusual, or any changes that haven’t gone away, talk to your doctor.

In most cases, it won’t be cancer – but if it is, getting diagnosed early when treatment is more likely to be successful can make a real difference.

Share this post to raise awareness of the most common symptoms of testicular cancer.
