I don’t bounce out of bed frothing with platitudes and positive thoughts.

I don’t l skip about my day with an effortless Disney Princess magic shimmering from my pores.

This hopeful mindset of mine has been dragged up, kicking and screaming, from the deepest depths of rock bottom.

I have chiselled this lightness out of the densest stone and I work on it daily to hone its shape and cultivate its shine.

I protect its structure fiercely now because I know how much work went in.

And how bleak the landscape of my mind was, before I created this breathtaking view.

Don’t look at me and mistake my brightness for shallow,

I went as deep as a soul can go, to find it.

This week I have had the privilege of writing three reads in the forest, sitting on the roots and leaning upgainst the beautiful pine cone tree trunk, the energy flow was amazing and every read had '5' Scribe Guides taking part!💫🌱🌿🌳

All I can say is, what an absolute treat!🌿🌱🌳 and now I need to move to the forest!!💚

Next week I will be escaping to the forest for a few days!🌿 I absolutely cannot wait to be surrounded by all my favourite things; grounding, connecting and making time for all the things that are important to me💫🌿🌱🌳🌲🍁

I will,(of course!) Be taking my many journals and writing things with me so I've decided to offer a unique opportunity for just 3 people!💫
