Brook Lane Surgery is a friendly, patient-focused GP practice. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Care Navigator to join our busy and supportive team. As a Care Navigator, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the right care, at the right time, from the right service. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping to direct them to the most appropriate clinician or service.

Routine GP Appointments

Due to staff leaving the practice and sickness, we currently have fewer routine GP appointments available.

Please consider whether your request is urgent and needs to be dealt with today.

If your query is not urgent, you may find support from other services such as your local pharmacy. For advice about a child, the NHS Healthier Together website offers helpful guidance.

We understand how frustrating this situation can be. We have recruited new GPs who will join us once the recruitment process is complete.

Please remember that we operate a zero tolerance policy for any form of abuse, aggression, or threatening behaviour toward our team. Our Care Navigators are working extremely hard to accommodate as many requests as they can during a challenging period.
