🎶And now we’re off for today’s wellbeing activity at West Hull community hub for their August Big Sing. I’ve got an hours of songs to lead and we’re going to sing our socks off!!
Group singing is one of the best things to do for your mental and physical health. I’m going to have to find my low voice for Roy Orbison and my high notes for ABBA. I💕🎶

🌳 The next Woodland and Forest bathing Sound Bath event is on sale on Eventbrite.
⛺️Take a gentle stroll though the private woodlands at Mighty Oaks Wellbeing centre and spend some time deep breathing under the pine trees.
🐦‍⬛ We’ll actively use our senses to connect with nature.
🙏We’ll share a moment of meditation and gratitude before we stroll back through the forest
🧘 Finally we’ll settle down to a deeply relaxing Sound Bath inside the luxury bell tent, while the birds share their evening song

🎶Tonight will be a gentle body scan to find and release tension. Followed chime chimes with Tibetan bowls. And then everyone’s favourite, the crystal bowls.
🧘You will leave relaxed and calm with the benefit of having had a whole hour of resting your mind and body.
