Natural lip enhancement doesn't have to mean bigger lips...

One of the most common things I hear during consultations is:

"I don't want my lips to look overfilled—I just want them to look like they used to."

This client had naturally good volume, shape and proportion. Her goal wasn't to dramatically increase volume, but to restore what had gradually been lost over time and create a little more height in the upper lip while maintaining a soft, natural appearance.

Following a detailed consultation, we agreed on a treatment plan using 1ml of CE-marked hyaluronic acid dermal filler.

To achieve the result, I used a combination of vertical fanning and linear threading, carefully placing the product to restore support, improve upper lip height and maintain natural balance.

Client comfort is always a priority, so a topical anaesthetic cream was applied before treatment to help minimise discomfort.

"I don't want to look different... I just don't want to look sad anymore."

Ageing and weight loss can reduce facial volume and support, particularly around the lips, marionette area and jawline. This can create a downturned appearance, even when you're feeling happy.

Rather than treating one concern in isolation, we created a personalised treatment plan to restore facial harmony by subtly enhancing several areas together.

She didn't want to look different.
She didn't want obvious filler.
She simply wanted her reflection to match how she felt inside.
