A wonderful evening bringing our local community together to learn, connect and share practical ways to understand and manage stress.

We were honoured to welcome Mayor Jannett and her husband, who joined us for the workshop and took the time to meet and engage with members of our local community. 🤍

A heartfelt thank you to the Mayor and everyone who attended and supported the evening. It was lovely to see our community come together — working, networking and socialising to help create a better, more welcoming space for everyone. 🌿🤝

A valuable and insightful talk led by Adeeba, a BABCP-qualified CBT Therapist from London, held today at Broome Mosque for members of the local community.

An opportunity to come together, raise awareness around mental wellbeing, learn practical strategies for managing stress, and create a supportive space for open conversation and reflection. 🤍
