Hi everyone! For those new followers , I'm Jo Kirk and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share what I do and how I support my Clients .
My main passions are Fertility and IVF support and Oncology support , let me explain , using specialist training in acupuncture and reflexology I support clients in ways that help the body and promote healing. My space at Jo Kirk Therapies is welcoming and will be a sanctuary for your recovery, all you need to do is relax 😌 knowing that a full qualified practitioner is by your side throughout every step of your journey. There is nothing quite like the feeling of helping people through stressful times and I'm here to hold you in the space with care and compassion .

One of the things I love most about CranioSacral Therapy is that it reminds us to listen differently. 👂

One of the most fascinating aspects of CST training is learning to recognise communication that isn't verbal.

Changes in tension.

Changes in breathing.

Changes in stillness.

Changes in attention.
