Last year I started studying and practicing something new for me…but something very complementary to the work I already do.

Somatic Release Breathwork - which I’m now an accredited practitioner of 🎉

Last week, I hosted a small men’s group, in the forest, under the energy of the full moon. We breathed, drank tea and walked out to watch the sunset.

Sometimes it’s just having a space where you can stop holding everything together for a moment.
A space that invites body awareness and connection without forcing 💫

I’ve now opened more small group sessions.
Both in-person and online.

You don’t struggle to rest because you don’t know how.

You struggle to rest because your system doesn’t feel safe to stop.

And no amount of “time off” fixes that.

Because the moment you slow down…

your mind stays active
your body stays alert
and something in you wants to go back to doing

This is the pattern I see again and again.

High-functioning
Capable
Reliable

But underneath it:
always “on”
never fully switched off
tired in a way rest doesn’t touch

This is exactly why I created The Pause.

Not as another wellbeing experience.

But as a space to interrupt the pattern.

Inside this half day, we don’t just talk about rest.

We work directly with your nervous system to:
• understand why you stay in “doing”
• shift your body out of constant activation
• create a felt experience of what real rest actually is

So it becomes something you can access - not something you chase.

If you’re someone that is constantly on the go and finds it hard to stop, please come and join me on this half day experience in the New Forest.

Overwork and constant ‘doing’ is making us sick and yet there are so many benefits we can reep when we are able to access true rest, including enhanced intelligence, creativity, productivity and immunity.

Rest if not a ‘nice to have’, it’s essential and taking the odd ‘holiday’ is not enough.

We need to learn how to access, embody and weave moments of rest into our daily lives.

I’ve extended my early bird rate for one more week (until 12 April) and places are limited.
