☀️ As the warm weather continues, please take extra care around rivers, reservoirs and other open water. Cold water shock can happen during hot days!

If you're in trouble in the water, could save your life:

- Tilt your head back with ears submerged
- Relax and try to control your breathing
- Use your hands to help you stay afloat
- It's OK if your legs sink, we all float differently

Stay safe:
• Only enter the water in designated safe swimming areas
• Never swim alone
• Avoid alcohol near water
• Supervise children closely at all times

Remember it. Practise it. Share it.
