HAIR FALL? Before you buy another bottle, save this 30-day scalp routine. đş
Amina Malik shared this traditional hair-fall routine using ingredients many of us already have at home.
Boil one hibiscus flower, Âź teaspoon of fenugreek seeds, Âź teaspoon of kalonji and three cloves in one cup of water. Allow it to cool completely, strain it into a clean spray bottle and apply it directly to the scalp every day for one month.
To prepare the onion spray, boil one red onion in one cup of water for five minutes. Allow it to cool completely, strain and pour it into a clean spray bottle. Before applying it, place a comfortably warm towel over the scalp until it cools, rewarm it and repeat twice more. Then spray the onion water directly onto the scalp.
The hibiscus hair tonic can be used every day, provided your scalp tolerates it well. Continue using the onion spray three times a week, following the warm-towel treatment each time.
What immediately caught my attention was the fenugreek. It is also one of the nine botanicals I chose for Hormone Harmony, alongside amla, moringa and pomegranate. I love how traditional ingredients keep reappearing in womenâs wellness, each with a story and purpose of its own.
Always patch test first and make sure the towel feels comfortably warm, never scalding.
Save this recipe because consistency is the part most people forget. And if someone you know keeps mentioning hair shedding or thinning hair, send it to her. â¤ď¸
Would you try the hibiscus hair tonic or onion water first?
