🌈 Mindfulness for Children can be fun 🦋
Mindfulness can be as simple as watching clouds drift by, listening to birds sing, or taking three big belly breaths before starting the day.
For children, mindfulness isn't about sitting perfectly still. It's about learning to notice the little things.

💛 What can I see, hear, smell, or touch?
These small moments of awareness can help children feel calmer, more confident, and better able to navigate life's ups and downs.
The best part? Children are naturally mindful. They find wonder in puddles, fascination in bugs, and joy in blowing dandelion seeds into the wind.
Sometimes mindfulness isn't something we need to teach children—it's something they can remind us about.
