Why do you work out?

Some of us train for confidence, some for health and longevity, some for stress relief, and some just because we love the focus. There isn’t one “right” reason.

If you had to pick, which one is yours?

One of the biggest misconceptions in fitness is that more is always better.

More workouts.
More cardio.
More time in the gym.

But for most women, especially when you’re balancing work, family and everything else life throws at you, that approach isn’t realistic.

You don’t need to train 5 or 6 times per week to make progress.

For many of my clients, 3-4 strength sessions per week is enough to build strength, improve mental wellbeing and see real results.

Remember: the best programme isn’t the one that does the most. It’s the one you’ll still be following 6 months from now.

How many times per week are you currently training?
