No judgement, just movement, connection & a little wobble along the way 💕 Claire has over 30 years experience in sport and mind training. From racing on the international windsurfing circuit she went on to teach. For the past 15 years has been an avid runner, completing half marathons and marathons. When winter comes she enjoys heading out in search of snow for a spot of snowboarding and of course

yoga in the mix. Claire has a wealth of experience in what it takes to train the body and brain to thrive in daily life and sport- at any level. With a diploma in Hypnotherapy, Thrive certification (similar to CBT) has also helped many people train their mind - to offer a full mind and body approach, helping people feel strong, in control and empowered. "I help sports people with anxiety and limiting beliefs and anyone who struggles with not feeling good enough, feel more empowered, stronger and in control.
