💜 Something new is coming from ADHD Network Scotland…
15 September 2026 - 23 March 2027 - Every Tuesday

This program has grown directly from what we hear in our community every single week.

Neurodivergent parents and carers spend their lives supporting everyone else, their child. their partner. their family.
We navigate appointments, schools, services, forms, meetings and crises - often while managing our own ADHD, autism or neurodivergence at the same time…. and somewhere along the way, the person behind the caring role gets lost and forgotten.
We want to change that.

We are proud to introduce our new Neurodivergent Person & Carer Community Programme (NPCCP) - A programme built around one simple idea:

When we support the neurodivergent person behind the caring role, we strengthen the whole family.

NPCCP isn't another parent group.

It's a place to:

💜 Restore - Understand yourself and your neurodivergence
💙 Equip - Find practical strategies that actually work for your brain
🩵 Support - Access coaching, peer support, family support and practical help
💚 Connect - Meet people who genuinely ‘get it’
🧡 Empower - Understand your rights, find opportunities and start moving forward

We will never wait until everything falls apart before you can access our support, sometimes the best way to support the child, young person, partner or family member that you are caring for… is for us to support you, the person who is holding everything together. 💜

register your interest for Neurobrilliance here - https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/B3x0WxaYks

No need to book for Drop In or the Workshops only the Neurobrilliance Group ADHD Coaching requires booking.

Tea Coffee and Refreshments will be freely available - there is no cost to attending this program.

What a fantastic day at Feel It Fest! 💜

Today, Sakoon Mind was proud to be part of Feel It Fest – Mental Health & Wellbeing at Summerlee Museum, bringing our message of hope, connection, and healing to the community.

Our stall was filled with practical wellbeing tools, mindfulness resources, journals, affirmation cards, bracelets, and meaningful conversations. It was wonderful to meet so many people, share smiles, hear stories, and remind one another that no one has to face life's challenges alone.

A heartfelt thank you to North Lanarkshire Council, the organisers, volunteers, partner organisations, and everyone who stopped by to chat, take part, and support mental health awareness. Every conversation helps break stigma and builds a stronger, kinder community.

Together, we're creating spaces where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to find their missing peace.
Thank you for making today so special. 💜
