🌄 What a truly joyful day spent with the children supported by , a special charity that provides holistic care to families and individuals affected by cancer.
🥰As you can imagine, these children are navigating so much, and it's often the small, simple things that shine the brightest.
😆Today, that meant giggling as we wobbled in tree pose, showing off bendy bodies in bridge, and finally landing in a restorative heart opener to close.
❤️This experience reminded me that while we may not know the full extent of someone's struggle, and certainly can’t fix it, we can offer a space of pure joy—even if it's just for a moment. We can share a smile, and we can make someone giggle.
