We don’t do block bookings. Period. 🛑

I often get asked why I don’t offer block bookings and the answer is simple: everyone responds to treatment differently!!!

Even if two people come in with the exact same condition, pain or ache, their bodies will react differently to treatment. You will never be locked into predefined packages here.

While I’ll always give you an honest estimate of how many sessions you might need, even that is NOT set in stone. Your body leads the process, not a calendar schedule.

True recovery comes in many forms:
👂 Listening to your body
🏃‍♂️ Keeping it moving
🧘‍♀️ Stretching & prioritising rest
🔧 Getting that body MOT with your chiropractor when you need it

✨ 6 MONTHS OF NINE DOTS CHIROPRACTIC! ✨

Six months ago, I opened the doors to Nine Dots Chiropractic and what an incredible journey it has been!

Having only moved to Caerphilly less than a year ago, taking the leap to start my own business was both exciting and daunting. Running a business on your own means plenty of behind-the-scenes work, long hours and a steep learning curve. But every single bit of hard work completely disappears the moment a patient walks through the door.

The absolute greatest part of this journey has been the privilege of helping people. Seeing someone arrive in pain or discomfort and watching them leave with a smile, moving freely and getting back to doing what they love...that's exactly why I do this. I am so incredibly grateful for the warm welcome I've received from Caerphilly community.

I want to give a special shout-out to WCR Space HQ for making this all possible and helping me find the perfect home for my practice.

And to my wonderful patients: thank you for trusting me with your care, for recommending to friends and family and for an unforgettable first six months. Helping this community feel and move better truly is a privilege. 🤍

HONEST POST: The biggest smile you will see today! Me after seeing my patients and witnessing massive improvements! 😁✨

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has trusted me. Starting a new clinic can come with a lot of stress and plenty of ups and downs. But the moment I see my patients, every single worry completely fades away.

I get completely immersed in my work, with every single patient, doing everything I can to ease their pain, make them more confident in their daily tasks and help them believe that pain isn’t a restriction...it’s a reaction. So we sit down, find the root cause and treat it.
Together. 🤝

I truly love my job and I am incredibly grateful for every patient who has walked through my doors, recommended me to others and returned for their maintenance. Because, as I always hammer down: we do an MOT for our cars, so why not for our bodies? 🚗💪
