to slow down, to soften, to be held.

If you’ve been feeling stretched, heavy, emotionally full, disconnected from yourself, or like your nervous system is craving a little tenderness, this may be your sign to listen.

My treatments are more than just a moment of rest. They are a space to return to yourself. A space to release what you’ve been carrying, to exhale, to receive, and to let your energy settle back into balance.

Whether through massage, energy healing, or a combination of the two, each session is offered with care, presence, and the intention of supporting you as a whole being, body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Our modern lives are full of constant stimulation, scrolling, notifications, and quick rewards. Over time this can make our brains crave more and more stimulation while simple things like a walk, a quiet moment, or a focused task feel less satisfying.

This gentle 10-day challenge is designed to help reset that pattern.

Each day includes a short practice, no more than 10 minutes, to help retrain the brain to find reward in presence, focus, and everyday moments again.

It’s not about restriction or punishment, it’s about restoring balance.

✨ Sacred Crown Chakra Ceremony ✨

On Tuesday 10th March at 6pm, we will gather in sacred circle to explore the Crown Chakra, the energy centre connected to wisdom, intuition and spiritual guidance.

During the evening I will guide you through a beautiful meditation and offer gentle energy healing to those who wish to receive. We will share ceremonial Mama Cacao, take time to reflect and journal, and connect with the energy of the Crown Chakra.

You will also be guided to create your own Crown Chakra essential oil blend to take home, helping you stay connected to the calm and clarity of the ceremony long after the evening has ended.

We will close the circle with herbal teas and Jess's delicious homemade vegan cookies.

No experience is needed, simply come as you are.

It brings me great pleasure to share our beautiful February offerings with you, each one gently woven with my own Bethy magick 🤍

Each ceremony is a nurturing, heart-centred space where you are lovingly guided, always moving at your own pace. Everything is permissive, nothing is ever forced. You’re invited to take some time out, soften, and simply be.

This February feels extra special as I’m joined by the wonderful Amanda of Beacons of Light, who will be sharing the powerful, immersive sounds of her gongs, creating an experience that reaches far beyond words.

✨ Our February journeys include:

💜 Third Eye Chakra Ceremony
Connecting with intuition, inner wisdom, and that quiet inner knowing. We’ll gather in circle, sharing ceremonial grade cacao, chocolate in its purest form, just as it should be.

💙 Throat Chakra Ceremony
A gentle exploration of expression, truth, and allowing your voice to be heard, held in a loving space and beautifully supported by the plant medicine of Mama Cacao.

💞 Valentine’s Ceremony
A heart-opening evening celebrating love in all its forms. Come with a partner, a friend, a family member, or simply yourself. You’ll be guided through a relaxing hand massage and a deeply nourishing sound bath.

Each ceremony includes crafting your own unique essential oil blend, offering aromatic anchoring so you can return to that sense of peace and connection whenever you need it.

We’ll also share a nourishing, grounding snack to gently bring you back.
