I was up at 6am to take the puppy out for his morning routine and spotted some of our blackberries were ready for picking. That was breakfast sorted. 40g no added sugar muesli, my fibre healthy extra, fat free Greek yogurt, a few leftover raspberries and my haul of blackberries. Yummy 😋

But don’t worry – Slimming World isn’t losing this gem! 💎 Jackie is off to Scotland to start an exciting new chapter and open a brand new group.

It’s been so lovely chatting with her members and hearing about the incredible difference she has made to their lives and weight-loss journeys. Her passion, care, and support have helped so many people achieve things they never thought possible.

Now the search begins for a new consultant to continue supporting this wonderful group. Jackie, you’ll be missed more than you know, and we wish you every success in your new adventure! ❤️✨

World Chocolate Day calls for choc and date brownies 😍.

These gooey chocolate brownies fit perfectly into Slimming World’s healthy eating plan. Their secret ingredient 🤫 ? Sweet potato 😲! It gives them that rich, fudgy texture while keeping them a healthier way to satisfy a sweet tooth.

Being able to fasten the seatbelt on a plane without an extender ✈️, having the confidence to wear swimwear on the beach 👙 or having the energy to keep up with the kids 🏃... there’s loads more to losing weight than just a number on the scales ⚖️.

At my St Mary’s Church & Centre group and my Mytchett Community Centre group, we love celebrating weight loss wins – no matter what they are!
