Ozempic, Mounjaro… by now, we’ve all heard about the “miracles.” 🤯
But are there natural alternatives without the side effects?
Our body already produces the hormone that helps us feel full naturally, which also aids in maintaining an ideal weight. The question is: “Why has it stopped being heard?”
GLP-1 is a hormone produced in our intestines. When we eat, it signals the brain: “That’s enough.” It also stabilizes blood sugar and regulates energy.
The problem? Modern diets, chronic stress, and poor nutrition reduce the body’s sensitivity to this signal.
The result: constant hunger, cravings, accumulation of abdominal fat, weight gain, among others.
What do Ozempic and Mounjaro do?
They are synthetic molecules that mimic GLP-1. The body “thinks” the hormone is active — and appetite drops drastically.
The evidence is real: studies published in NEJM and Lancet show a 15–22% weight reduction. EMA and FDA have approved them for clinical obesity and type 2 diabetes.
But there’s another side:
— Nausea and vomiting in up to 44% of users
— Significant loss of muscle mass (not just fat)
— Cost of €£200–400/month
— Effect stops when you stop — and weight can return
— Require prescription and medical supervision
— Among other reported effects.
They are not “easy shortcuts.” They are medications with specific clinical indications.
I’m not sharing this to portray them as horror products. I’m not a nutritionist or doctor, but I enjoy delving deeper into these topics. They are drugs used for specific conditions. And when used for the purpose we see, there’s a cost involved.
The different approach of Perfect GLP-1
Instead of replacing the GLP-1 in our body, it works to nourish the environment where it is naturally produced: the intestines, in a natural way without forcing it. This leads to balance. All of this happens naturally, with studied ingredients and a unique formula in the world.
With this, and knowing that nothing replaces nutrition, this is the main focus, understanding that sometimes it’s not easy due to options, information, and misinformation.
Knowing your body is the first step.
