5 years in business m and what a journey it has been.

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has come through the doors at H&H over the last 5 years, from our PT clients and class members, to everyone who has taken part in our HYROX events, and the teams who have trusted us with their strength & conditioning.

We’re incredibly grateful to have built a community where we can help people improve, grow and become better versions of themselves.

Whether you’ve been with us from day one or walked through the doors recently, we appreciate every single one of you.

Looking to build strength, improve fitness, and feel stronger both physically and mentally? Our strength classes are designed to challenge you support your progress and help you achieve real results.

Whether you’re completely new to training or already experienced in the gym, our coaches will guide you through every session with structure

She’s maintained strength, reduced aches, and kept her energy up.
Mentally, it’s given her routine, confidence, and a positive outlet.
