🌟 9 Years, One Life-Changing Journey! 🌟

My Slimming World journey started 9 years ago when I became diabetic and knew I needed to get healthier and fitter. Over the years, I fiddled and messed around, but things finally clicked 12 months ago.

In 2024, I joined the gym, stuck with it, and now I have the energy to go 4 times a week! I even completed a 6-week Bootcamp – something I never imagined I could do.

In August this year, I finally hit target weight 🎯 – but the biggest victory? My diabetes is resolving, and I’m nearly off all my medication. That’s a massive NSV (Non-Scale Victory) for me and a legacy to my close friend and GP who I sadly lost in 2024. ❤️

I make sure I stay to group every week because the inspiration and support you get there is vital for success – and I absolutely love it!

Slimming World has changed my life, and if you’re thinking about starting, don’t wait. It’s never too late to make a change! 💪
