You don’t need a reformer! Adding resistance bands to a Pilates exercise will increase your strength over time and also enable you to really feel your core engage. Try this at home and let me know how you get on?

Good Afternoon everyone. I’m pleased to tell you that we’re trying out a new venue for tomorrow’s class. It’s AIR CONDITIONED! And also has mirrors 😁 Pure Dance Studio 63 Union Street, Bridgtown, Cannock, WS11 0BS. It has parking out the front and also to the rear of the building. I’m also incorporating a new booking link and changing prices slightly. This will happen from 17th July. So you can still use the old link until tomorrow.
