Fantastic group at Age Connects Cafe yesterday welcoming new people who came to join!

We played musical bingo, quiz time and word games alongside drinking lots of tea and coffee!

We will be back next Wednesday 10:30 - 12 at Age Connects Cafe on Holton Road, Barry.

Did you know our Wellbeing Centre in Barry hosts weekly therapeutic activity sessions with CwmpasOT? 🌟

These enjoyable, hands-on sessions are a wonderful way for older people to stay active, express their creativity, and spend time with others in a relaxed and supportive environment.
