Fear isn’t the enemy of your progress. It’s often a sign you’re in the arena.
It isn't easy to keep driving forward when you are feeling the fear, so here's some tools which help...
1. Name it, don’t fight it.
Try, "There’s fear here.” Not 'I am afraid'. You are not the fear. You’re the one noticing it. There's an important difference there.
2. Ask: "what would the woman I’m becoming do right now?"
Not comfortable you. Future you. Let her lead.
3. Take the tiny, values-aligned action anyway.
Not the whole leap. The next small step that’s pointed in the right direction.
Fear doesn’t always mean stop. It can often mean you’re close to something that actually matters.
