Friends can come along together, or the places can be enjoyed separately.

Across the September term, Little Fizz will be exploring body parts, coordination, motor skills and all the amazing things our bodies can do through:

❤️ Little ways to make school goodbyes feel a bit easier
Starting school, nursery or heading back after the holidays can bring ALL the feelings — excitement, nerves, pride… and sometimes a few wobbles from the grown-ups too. 🥹
Sometimes the tiniest little reminder that they’re loved and that you’ll be back can make such a difference. ❤️
From matching hearts on your hands and little “pocket kisses”, to bravery pebbles, family photos and special goodbye routines — I’ve put together a few simple ideas that might help with those first few drop-offs. 🥰
And remember — there’s no right way for those first school goodbyes to look.
Some children skip straight in.
Some need an extra cuddle.
Some take a little while to find their feet.
They’re all okay. And you’re both getting used to something new. ❤️

Back-to-school costs can add up incredibly quickly, and I wanted to remind Cardiff Mums about the brilliant work being done by A Better Fit – School Uniform Donation.
They provide good-quality, pre-loved school uniform, PE kit, coats, shoes and other school essentials to Cardiff families who could use a little extra support.
And importantly — there’s no strict financial eligibility test. ❤️
You can contact them directly, tell them what you need and they’ll do their best to help. Their aim is to make accessing uniform as simple, welcoming and judgement-free as possible.

Such a brilliant community initiative from Splott Community Volunteers — especially helpful with everyone getting back into the school routine this week. 🙌
They have LOADS of school uniform available to give away FREE. Donations are welcome if you’re able to make one, but the uniform itself is free.

Is anyone else ridiculously excited that the ‘ber months are officially here?! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Back to school, fresh routines, cosy mornings, pumpkin patches, Halloween, bonfire nights… and then before we know it, CHRISTMAS. 🎃✨🎄
