Join Kay on Wednesday evenings for a mat based Pilates class focusing on functional exercises with a strong mind-body connection designed to restore correct postural alignment, improve balance and flexibility, increase overall fitness and strength, restoring optimum physical function.

Wednesdays you get to choose either one or both workouts with Matt in The Wool Shed.

An early start at 6:30am Strong class of resistance training, free weights and bodyweight exercises designed to focus on body conditioning, building strength and functional fitness.

Then Matt’s midday Burn class at 12:15pm features strength based training and dynamic cardio that aims to improve overall fitness and burn calories, whilst also energising you through to the end of the week.

Do you fancy a stroll with local naturalist Steve Mynard, through the fields between Glove Factory Studios and Great Chalfield this Friday 1 May 10am?

The forecast says a gentle breeze with temperatures sitting between 10 and 18C. Not too hot or cold but just right for a 2 mile saunter while learning to identify common spring flowers and the different sounds that birds make.
