Coming Together in Support of Breast Cancer Awareness 💗

The Beeches and The Court care homes each held their own event, bringing together residents, families, staff, and the local community to celebrate, remember, and support those affected by breast cancer. The Beeches was also joined by local councillors, including Rhondda Cynon Taf Council Councillor Ann Crimmins and Vikki Howells MS , who came along to show their support.

Both afternoons were full of hope, strength, and unity, with every conversation, hug, and smile making a real difference. A huge thank you to everyone who donated so generously; every penny raised will help continue the fight.

Together, we remember those we've lost, celebrate survivors, and stand with those still fighting. Thank you to everyone who made these days so special. Together, we are stronger 🎀

In this video, Crosfield House team reflect on what winning the June Moment of the Month meant to them, the value of the recognition scheme, and the pride they feel in being celebrated for the outstanding care and support they provide every day.

☀️ Summer beach party vibes at Valley View! 🏖️

We brought the seaside to Valley View Care Home this week, complete with sunshine, deckchairs, and a live singer to create the perfect summer atmosphere!

Residents, families, and staff came together to enjoy a wonderful afternoon soaking up the sunshine, tucking into seaside-inspired treats and refreshments, and singing, dancing and clapping along to the music.

A huge thank you to the fantastic Valley View team for transforming the garden into a true seaside escape for everyone to enjoy.

🌺 Aloha from Treetops! 🌺

Grass skirts, leis and plenty of island spirit, Treetops Care Home in Brynmenyn, Bridgend brought a real taste of Hawaii to the home with a party full of music, dancing, laughter and games.

Residents, staff, and family were up and moving, joining in with every song and game, and the joy on their faces said it all. It takes a wonderful team to create moments like this, and Treetops certainly delivered.

☀️ Sunshine, singing and dancing at Anwen! 🎶

What a gorgeous afternoon we had on Friday! Our team pulled out all the stops to bring a real seaside party feel to the home, from a live singer to a beach bar serving shandies and soft drinks. 🍹

Residents were up on their feet dancing and clapping along, and you could really feel the joy in the room. Moments like these don't happen by accident, they're thanks to a team who go above and beyond to make every day feel special. 💛

A special tribute to our St Mark’s care home ❤️

We are delighted to share this highlights video of life in St Mark’s, accompanied by a beautiful song with a very special meaning.

The song began as a heartfelt poem written by a family member, celebrating the care, kindness and support their loved one has experienced at St Mark’s. The poem was later adapted by the family member into a song, creating a touching tribute to everyone who works in the home and is part of the St Mark’s community.

We are incredibly grateful to have such wonderful families as part of our care home family and thank them for allowing us to share this special creation.
